Haven't eaten in nearly 25 hours so I am breaking the Yom Kippur fast by going to Morton's Steak House and eating a 30 oz Portherhouse Steak, Cream Spinach, Home Fries, uh....a few beers and some Hair pie later on in the evening......the GF is buying

A friend gave me some tomatoes from her garden, so I'm gonna make a big vat of sauce today, along with some eggplant and zucchini parm. Also have a nice loaf of ciabatta from work that I'm going to be using to taste the sauce.

It was delicious!! The key is cutting up some pork, and throwing it in the sauce to simmer. I used some chops I had frozen.

Go'in to Outback , not for steak ,but that pasta dish(can't remember the name) with all the seafood in it. Shrimp ,Calamari , crawfish , and I believe scallops? Wow is that the sh!T , i Dont know what the sauce is but I'm asking tonight.
