This rain just never stops !!!!
If it doesn't let up for a week the farmers are not going to get their crops in , the ones that take the chance and plant anyway will lose every thing they put in the ground , the seed will just rot in the ground with all this rain ..

The last couple days have been real nice , temp is in the high 50 low 60ts today , just may get to cut the grass for the first time this year , it has dried up enough to get on the back yard ..

The rain is back !!!!! At least I did get my grass cut , but on inspection of my lawn's , front and back , I have a lot of work to do , their is a lot of winter kill . just have to get to work if this dam rain ever stops ..

The farmers down in this part of the world are losing thier crops to drought, we are in a record one. Above average temps, fires, wind....drought. On the miserable side. Texas is getting the water from the river that runs through this valley, leaving the farmers here to have to waight until maybe June to get water from it, hell of a time to try and get crops watered. The river is full and it is going straight down to Texas and Mexico. There are aquaphors that are a savior for the valley, so far

The news people were saying yesterday that Texas has had over a million acres burn from this drought and there is no break in sight. That is a lot of land. The air here is allmost constantly hazy from all the particles of crap in the air.

Anyone have any guess as to what effect this drought will have on our grocery prices? I do and combined with the gas prices, it isn't going to be pretty.

Believe it or not it got cold again , we had FROST WARNINGS FOR LAST NIGHT !!!
The temp right now (8:30 am) is at +6c , just never know just what you are going to get around here ..

WOW! I cant imagine...It was in the upper 80's here today and fairly humid. Our heat index was in the low 90's. Summer hit with a vengance.

Had tennis and golf ball sized hail last night. Even at the Twins game they were getting monstrous sized hail.

Supposed to be more of the same today, I can hardly wait.

Got up at 6am this morning , the temp was 8c - 46f , the time right now is 12:20 pm , the temp is at 26c - 78f , that's the crazy weather we get around here this time of the year...

Well the rain held off , got my posts in , but boy did it ever get hot , the temp hit 28c - 82f by 1: pm , glad I started and finished the work I had to do before noon .
Today has started off as a hazy one , fog reported in some low lying areas , they had a big accident to the north of us in the fog , air ambulances have been called in , the highway has been closed down , no report of any fatalities yet ..
