Back here, slightly less wild, but strange goings-on here too.. last weekend we had temperatures in the low-mid 70s, wich isn't unheard of at this time of year on odd days, but highly unusual to be sustained for over 2 weeks. 36-48 hours and a couple of cold fronts later, and I got up to a temperature of 27 at 4 this morning, with heavy snow and strong - 40mph - northerly winds. There was about 5-6 inches lying at one point here today from what Ive been told before the sun came out and started making inroads into it.

The weather around here has been great for the last week , sunny days clear nights , the daytime temp has on average been in the 10-15 celsius range in the day time and minus -1-5 at night .
I even had to cut my grass this week . thats the earliest I can remember ever having to do that ..

Over the next couple days we could get a mix of rain and wet snow , thats right "SNOW" !!!!
You know , that white stuff that we have not seen all winter long ..

I second what fansince is saying. We might get an inch of snow overnight! That might not seem much but being used to the dryness will make this white stuff feel worse. Right now a chilly 37.

We are getting some rain this morning , supposed to get real nasty this afternoon with thunderstorms in the forecast .
They are saying the temp could hit 22c - 71f by early afternoon , guess I wont have to wear anything too heavy to the Game tonight ..

Turned out to be a nice day. After a few morning showers it warmed up to the low 70's.

Suppost to break a record tomorrow here in Boston. Gonna be 85 - 88.

It got crazy warm yesterday for this time of the year , in some parts of Southern Ontario the temp hit 26c-78 f with the humid-ex hitting 35c making it feel like 95f , the temp this morning is more seasonable at 6c-42f but windy as he!! ..

22c-71f outside right as I make this post , time , two minutes past noon .

They are already harvesting asparagus in this area , got some today , fresh cut this morning , having some with my supper ..

String of nice days come to an abrupt halt. Lows 30's with continuous rain.

Hit the triple digits for the first time this year here this weekend, 103 saturday, and 105 on Sunday.

Weather more like usual for the time of year at the minute and over the past couple of weeks here, which means struggling to break into the 50s, often cloudy with short sunny spells and moderate to heavy showers, turning to localised downpours at times. Been like it since my last posting on the 4th, the snow on that day melted away within about 12 hrs and left this weather behind with it.

SNOW , AND LOTS OF IT !!!!

To the east of us they got up to a foot of wet snow , right now just an hours drive north the highways are closed because of whiteouts !!!

As of yet all we have had is real heavy winds , some tree limbs and trees down in the city , lost hydro for a while because of downed lines .

Guess it's not summer just yet ..

I'm also getting hit with snow. 38 out. Having a warm winter is making this snow feel really out of place.
