That Styrofoam is a proper noun and a trademarked name for "extruded" polystyrene foam used in crafts and thermal insulation and what we common refer to as Styrofoam is "expanded" polystyrene foam.

Basically the stuff that feels rough and crunches when you cut it is real Styrofoam.

While playing Tribond, a game which the object is to find how 3 things relate and I came across this:

What does a slugger in baseball, golfer hitting a ball long ways and a good football offence all have in common?

They all have drives!

Yeah, don't get this game.

Well a few days ago actually, so not today, that the spengler cup referees have the best jerseys I have ever seen with cows on them. Who'da thunk you can advertise the refs.

I thought of this post when I saw an update on H Dubya's illness. Do you have a link to an article or story?

Ahh, gotcha. I just don't think that I would be all that surprised.

Yesterday and the day before I learned a bunch of wood carving techniques on YouTube... I was going about it all wrong! Haha. But I still got results. Time for better ones.

Used vehicles are expensive. Especially Toyota Tacoma's.

My truck is on the way out, so I have been poking around craigslist, cars.com and other sites, and damn, it is hard to find a decent/reliable vehicle where I will not need to take out a loan. I need/want a mid-size 4x4 because of where I live and my job.

Re: expensive. Yes and no. People TRY to sell their sh*tty wheels for a dime but you can always whittle them down if you shop smart. Your average seller on Craigslist has no concept of the market and what his car is worth. He lists his "1998 Ford Explorer" with 175,000 miles and a whole host of mechanical things that need fixing and asks for $4,000 for it. That doesn't mean the market is up and used cars are expensive. Just that he's a douchebag.

If you want a decent car that will last you a while, though, you will probably have to take out a loan. Just my opinion, but it's better to pay $250-300 a month for a solid car than save up 4 grand and buy something that will most likely have a shorter life unless you have a great mechanic in your back pocket.

I have had some sort of job since I was in 5th grade (paperboy), and it took me 18 years from graduating high school to live it up, go to college, change careers and find that dream job. Be persistent and work hard, and good things will come your way.

I most likely will not buy something from someone on craigslist. I am thinking that I will get my tax return, sell my current vehicle and use that to put some money down on a decent vehicle from a dealer. I would like to finally drive something from this millennium
