I'm a father of two and one on the way. I work about 50 hours a week. I play hockey 3x a week and I do crossfit 2x a week. Sometime I run or workout 1x a week at home. I actually woke up at 5am this morning because of my kids.

I'm tired but I don't come here online and whine like you. I appreciate what I have in my life today. I don't take anything for granted and appreciate millions of others (army, doctors, etc).
