Obviously, neither of you read the article.

The law requires that plaques celebrating the power of the Almighty God be installed outside the state Homeland Security building--and carries a criminal penalty of up to 12 months in jail if one fails to comply.

Unless you work at the Kentucky homeland security building, I wouldn't worry about it.

That's a flimsy law. I'm proud to be American. Living in the most advanced, powerful, and privilege country in world however when I see how much religion separates people I get irate. I'm a Christian and believe in God but forcing government buildings to acknowledge him is communism. This shows how broken the court system is seeing the law is still on the books.

I don't get this... there needs to be a plaque? one plaque? or does everyone who works there need to make their own plaque? 12 months for who? I don't understand

there are 4 plaques. one for the entrance, two for the fire escapes and one for a back up.
