Sorry you have to go through this. It really sucks.

After 5 years man, you know you had to have grounds to do what you did. It wasn’t a spur of the moment thing. You are old enough to know why you let her go and even though it was a hard decision, you know why you made. When you get down a bit, remember the reasons why you cut her loose and why she is no longer in your life plan.

You can’t spend that much time with some one and just forget about them. If that was the case, there was nothing there to begin with. It is gonna hurt for awhile.

Having said that, you seem to be able to put your hands on (pun intended) enough pain killers to see you through some of the rougher moments. Just curious, does the club give senior discounts and could you e-mail the directions to me?

Trust me, keep your head up and move forward.
You will be fine, it is just hard to realize that when your head is going so many directions. Take your time and let your head clear out.

I made a list of good and bad points (balance sheet) and that helped me.
