Yeah, Brashear was pretty motivated to show everybody what it means to be an NHL fighter. That LNAH fighters learned a lesson that season, and I personally gained a lot of respect for Brashear. I wasn't a big fan of him before, but going to play in that league during the lockout was something I liked and I started to like Brashear although in that single fight he exagerated a bit.

I remember Benoit Beausoleil. I remember him fighting Simon Robidas and Louis Bédard in Sherbrooke about 5 or 6 years ago.

Look what he is today:

Just like to clear up that the "guy Brashear went ballistic on" is not a vegetable and is in fact a paramedic/firefighter/emt now. There was an interview with him that I saw on one of the other fight sites not too long ago. His name is Glen Kjernisted, google it if you want to find the interview im sure its not hard to find. He also claimed that he didnt headbutt Brash and that he was just being ragdolled and it appeared to be a header from the angle the camera was at.

Wow never saw that brash fight before. I have done lots of jobs for hockey players. My friend is actually working in raffi torres suite when he played in vancouver. 4000 a month ro rent or 1.6 mil to buy. It overlooks the harbour beside stanley park. Usually the nhlers houses I worked at werent home when I worked in them. The last player I worked at wasnt a pro but was on that 1st season of that making the cut. I cant remember his name

Almost a decade later, this fight is still awesome. Brashear showed that clown how much higher of a level NHL enforcers are on compared to these guys in this crap league.

I am so glad former NHL fans on this site, almost a decade later, would still rather watch this bull****.

That Brashear fight still makes me happy to see. Even if the racist comments are false, that headbutt was BRUTAL, and that dude got his b*tch ass whipped for it.

Benoit Beausoleil... He played for the K Wings for a couple seasons. Whenever they came to Muskegon, it was a lock him and Dean Mayrand were gonna fight. Seen some good tilts between those two back in the day.

Yup that's definitely the same office he was sitting at while I was there

And a year later I still remember how cool this was, BUT I think working in Grabovski's condo was a tad cooler
