I can never get into the chat room. I am sure it has to do with a setting I have that I am unaware of. Everytime I try to log in, the chat box appears with a red 'X' in the top corner. I use IE, can anyone help me so I can join in the chat room?

Ask help desk. It might have something to do with your pop up blocker. It did not work for me for about a week once.

I turned my pop-up blocker off and tried that before, and it didn't help.

I don't know what the hell that means. I think a Mod PM'd me when I asked before about the problem and they said it could be that. However, I didn't know my computer made coffee so I don't know how to update it.
