Dearest HF friends, I will be down in Atlanta for the day of Monday November 19th if anyone wants to hang out for a couple hours or grab lunch.

Meeting the folks to look over the job and hopefully get the job as well.

Anything is an upgrade over PGH traffic. Horrible here when it comes to it because there is almost no public transportation.

Haha. Traffic is BAD here. I live about 10mins away from work no traffic. When there is rush hour it can take me 45minutes to get thru traffic.

As for public transportation if you like to travel (flying), the MARTA (subway system) is great. Otherwise it doesn't take you anywhere that you need to go except for philips arena and the GA Dome, which are at the same stop.

Good luck, let us know how the interview goes and if you end up meeting any HF people.

Very late bump, I know, but that Coke museum is a ****ing tourist trap. Bunch of old memorabilia and junk, and a soda fountain at the end where you and 800 school kids get a crazy sugar rush. You don't actually see them mix, make, or bottle any coke there. And it's expensive!

At least the CNN tour was mildly interesting. The Georgia Aquarium was really nice, too.

I'm going to have about 8 hours of tourist time, I plan on using this time to check out that stuff. I really want to hit up that resturant PF was suggesting. Sounds freaking delicious!

It will get you to GaTech on Monday. North Avenue and Midtown Station stops. If you get out at the North Avenue station, you'll pass by The Varsity.

Traffic is way worse in ATL than Pitt. 10 times as bad. Pitt is nothing for a big city.

I loved it. I never thought they would tell us what was in it. But I love coke stuff. Very cool. There weren't many kids there since it was during the week.
