The Mayans never predicted the world will end in 2012.The calendar they used just expires every 5000 years. Its like if some one found a modern calendar and said "well they're is no January 2013 in it, do that must mean the earth will end in December 2012."

I will say Nostradamus's prediction is much scarier. He said the will be a third would war that would come after world riots from religion, lack of food and energy. The cause of the war will be the anti Christ, a religious charlatan who claims to have all the answers.

Muslim riots, escalating food prices, oil depleting and a possible Mormon President that wants war with Iran.
