I think there is also one in Philly. I was flipping channels late one night and some lame, hokey prop-wrestling was on and I heard the crowd chearing:
"Wifebeater! Wifebeater!" He was being CHEERED by people and by women as well. They said the guy was 6'5" so it is a different guy. He also wore a wifebeater that said "I beat my wife" on it. I guess it is no different then women dancing to songs calling them ho's and what not. The country has gone to ****!

here in NYC, "wifebeater" tees, as they're referred to in the article, are affectionately known as "guinea tees". Origin from old NYC days when italian immigrants adorned this top whilest working the bridges, tunnels, and/or main highways...these "guinea tees" are VERY popular amongst young italian american males to this day citing the tees structural feature in that it can easily showcase ones superior muscle mass and superior skin ink application(s).
