Police handles gunman
Story is few years old:

Car thief is escaping from police and shoots an officer in the process. Guy gets stuck while he was driving on the sidewalk in the streets of Prague. While beating the christ outta him they also hit him with a glass breaking hammer which is very sharp I guess.

Based on the fact he shot a cop I don't see anything in this video that seems like excessive force. Can anyone translate what is being said, especially what's being yelled? Not the best idea to make a getaways driving on the sidewalks, only works in movies...

Yes I can understand everything. The video starts with the camera guy saying ´´****, what they were waiting for?´´, followed by ´´That mother****er!´´ as the guy hits the house with car.

at first I thought the guy jumping on the front windshield was just a passby until I saw he had a gun.

Its very common in central Europe.. People have it installed because they want darker windows so people cannot see them in the car, or they have it because of sunshine in summer when they travel a lot. Another reason why have it is because of thiefs who smash your window at night and steal your stereo or navi and stuff. Some people have bulletproof glass but that is more common in eastern europe.
