Pretty sure it's more "Mr. Miyagi" style. You know, they have him sweep up to work on his hand/ eye coordination, wipe down the mats for his stamina, swat flies for striking precision .... That type of thing.

It's all basics right now. There are separate classes for striking, wrestling BJJ.

It's a lot of fun. Frusturating because of the learning curve.

Now, let's get facts straight.

I'm in Edmonton, there is no UFC gym here and anyone with google will know that. I train at one of the MMA gyms here.

Clearly the term "UFC training" is/was a joke. I didn't think anyone would actually take it literally.

No tapout shirt yet.
