HGH is very expensive....I know someone who's on the cheap Chinese stuff, he's getting incredible results from it.

For anybody who cares, I recommend the Green Power 3000. It crushes the juice out of the vegetables at a very low temperature so as not to denature the enzymes.
NICE, not many people can grasp the simple biological concepts of life such as denaturing..... the friction caused by some of the centrifuge based juicers does exactly that!

I got a VitaMix and a fairly good Hamilton pro model that work extremely well!

I like my veggies but there are still so many beneficial aspects from the fruits and plus they taste so damn good.

I thought in most cases you wanted to inactivate the enzymes so that all the good metabolites don't get broke down into secondary metabolites...thinking of glucosinolates/myrosinase.

That's usually only the case if you're not consuming said juice immediately, if you let it sit around it too long they metabolize/oxidize and start to break down rendering the juice not nearly as benefitial as it was just after being juiced.

Ok, I see what you are saying, if you get right to it you will minimize anything like this.

I think I was just puzzled by the whole wanting to keep enzymes intact as if you get a benefit out of keeping them intact before consumption...

Yeah, but it's such a small price to pay for something that's amazing for your body and brain!

I'm up here in Vancouver island and have been able to partake in some amazingly fresh homegrown veggies and fruits.

when it comes to the juicer itself what do you think of the insoluble fiber issue when you use the vitamix vs. the pure juicer? I like the vitamix but your consuming the whole vegetable vs. just getting the juice out with the traditional juicer which I think has the most health benefit to it.

Id ont find it an issue, when i'm consuming nothing but juice for an extended period of time i'll use the vitamix just for that reason otherwise stomach issues can arise from a pure liquid diet. I find they both have the same overall benefits, but taste can be an issue!
