Competing in Northen KY Bodybuilding Championships

Going to compete in the Northern KY Bodybuilding Championships March 16th in the Covington, KY. This is one of the best shows in this region and a national qualifier. So for sure, some of the freaks will show up.

I will be 53 in June and don't know how many more I want to do. I get nothing if I win (which I won't) and nothing if I lose.

At any rate, my kids are 9 and 5 and they will get to see the morning part of the competition (compulsory stuff). I am excited about this as they have seen trophies and pictures, but never seen me on stage.

Ok guys....have at it!!! LOL.

Can hardly wait to hear some of the stuff coming.

Even if you don't think you're going to win, if it gives you a goal to stay in shape, more power to you.

It is a national qualifier and an untested show... there will be freaks there trying to punch their ticket to the nationals. I don't need roids, I am a middle aged white guy. My nuts are plenty small already.

If you're 53 and still in good enough shape to compete with the much younger crowd then more power to you. As Phila26 said, if it's your motivation to keep you in shape then keep it up.
