Mike is alive & well. He's on my facebook. Maybe you are thinking of Andy Boemer who (rumor?) took his own life many years ago.

I used to get tapes from Mike B. years ago. I really liked his Beaver's Mixin' It Up mags. I'm always interested in those if you wanna get rid of them.

Thank You GIANTSFAN for setting that straight....I remember years ago calling the number on the mag....and a woman answered I could have sworn she said Mike had passed. Well glad to know he is alive and well...I did not know the other fella Andy...R.I.P.

Unfortunately I do not have the mags....those were in one of the boxes that my wife threw out!

Too bad because those Mix it Up mags were a great read. I remember Mike sending me a few extras he had lying around but I lent them to a "friend" & never got them back.

Do you still have his tapes? I transferred everything to dvd.
