Derek Davis 4 1978-1982
Mel Angelstad 3 1996-1999
Andy Bezeau 3 1993-1996
L.P. Charbonneau 2002-2005
Jason Clarke 3 1993-1996
Kevin Evans 3 1985-1988
Brent Gogol 3 1976-1979
Joel Theriault 3 2001-2004
Chad Wagner 3 1996-1999

Andy Bezeau and Chad Wagner is the only players I know who has had more than 500 pim three seasons in a row.
This list is probably incomplete.If you know anyone I have missed,please let me know.

Bezeau did have one more season of 400+ after his streak was broken.

He put up 413 in 1997-98 for Muskegon (UHL), Michigan and Detroit, after having "only" 320 in 1996-97.
