Lilburtis9363, Your facts on the Rob Ray vs. Tie Domi are a little off. Those 2 def fought 23x no question. Recall that both these heavyweights began there NHL careers in the 80's so 23X is def accurate. Personally, I thought it would have been mores since Buffalo used to play Toronto 8 times a year. Domi and Ray always scrapped during those meetings. Go to Tie Domi's personal website and he details his bouts with Rob Ray which Domi lists as 23 of his more than 270 career fights.

Where do they get those stats from? I checked and I found a bit less like that, closer to what lilburtis said like 15-16.

From recent memory, I would have said Brashear/Orr.
I also wouldn't have thought Brashear/Laraque have 9 fights between them.
Ray/Domi at 23x is nuts.

This is only counting their NHL fights. I know they've fought a lot in other leagues.

Even 15 is pretty impressive.

Rob Ray and Tie Domi fought 13 times in the NHL + 1 in the preseason.
They had about 3 other seasons in common in the OHL and AHL.

Well to your point Lilburtis9363, Domi doesn't specifically identify when and where he fought Ray. Its possible that he ment over all fights against him, including minors and NHL. I truly don't know for sure. All I know is what Domi lists on his website.
