For many of the great fighters in the league from 76-88, it was Fotiu apparently.

I tease. Laraque was my favourite...His would be that he was too nice on the ice. He was great fighter but didn't actually enforce.
I remember watching laraque in the minors, he wanted to KILL people then, idk what happened later on to change him... buddha? who knows.
I remember him beating up some 5 foot 9 guy for the hell of it.

Money is a huge motivator. Laraque made a name for himself, made his millions and showed everyone he was a left wing hippy fraud. Now he's saving elephants and helping the Green Party not get elected.

Did Wilson do something to your family BBBB?

Wilson went on to fight and beat the best of his era. Dominating legends. Fotiu went on to fight more rookies or not at all... That must be hard to swallow.

As I have said ever since I learned that Wilson was a man of letters and that he was well read in the classics, a thespian, I really began to respect him as I do. Now, to your question the answer is, no. As far as the topic at hand I guess one can say that Fotiu was in a strange way "kryptonite" to Big Behn

How? Wilson certainly never avoided him or anyone else. The no idea what was said conversation aside. Fotiu usually fought the weak sisters or rookie Flyers, other than Holmgren. Al Hill, Orest Kindrachuk, Cunningham 3 times (2 were very tainted), Dan Clark and a rookie Wilson.

Where were his fights with Kelly? Bridgman? Hoyda? Jack Mac took it to him as a former Flyer. Seems like he was very limited, fighting mostly the lower echelon crew whenever possible.

And yes your respect for Wilson comes shining through every thread you bash him.

sorry, you might not remember Superman

As long as Superman who was operating on the earth but was from the planet Crypton did not come in contact with any material substance from Crypton, i.e. rocks/meteors/metals he was fine. However, if he did come in contact with those substances he would immediately lose all his superhuman powers. Straight Up!

Please direct all questions outside the purview of this thread and relating to Fotiu and the Flyers to Shultzie and BigJack-

Thx

No problem.

Than you'll contain your hypothetical match ups to one thread as well. This should be a welcome break.

Wrong again.

The origin story of Superman relates that he was born Kal-El on the planet Krypton, before being rocketed to Earth as an infant by his scientist father Jor-El, moments before Krypton's destruction.
