Tie and Ulf

Maybe a silly question but did anyone out there think that Domi was a scumbag for tuning up Ulfie? My dad and I thought it was great. It was long overdue.

A scumbag? He was a god damn hero for doing that! Samuelsson was one of the biggest pieces of **** to ever play the game. It was much deserved, and overdue.

Samuelsson pretty well deserved to be punched in the face. He also basically ended the career of Neely and the Bruins' cup hopes for a decade. That said would have taken Ulfie and Neely both on my team any day.

Wrong Neely's knee was buggered cause it got infected after not directly because of the hit

"Neely developed myositis ossificans in the injured area"

Ironically Samuelsson would probably have been serving a suspension for something that night, lol.

Samuelsson jacked Neely's thigh/knee, and that led to then-coach Milbury adjusting the line with tough guys trying to seek revenge on Ulfie.

Back in these days, not many players pay respect for Samuelsson.

Bummer that Alan Pederson and Bob Beers never caught up to Ulfie and his two cup rings. Milbury made all the right moves there, eh? Not sure bugs me more, Ulfie or Mary Milbury..

I'm a die-hard Rangers fan and I recall watching that game in a room full of die-hard Rags fans (Ulf happened to be NYR at the time) and we collectively LOVED it when Tie decked 'ol Ulfie. As McNulty from The Wire said: "You play in dirt, you get dirty."

One of the best things that ever happened, no one deserved it more than that tool.

Thank you Tie, thank you very much.

The thing that most pissed me off about Ulfie was the fvckin body armor he wore. He was definitely a piece of sh*t, always looking to cheap shot players. Just a dirty, cowardly style of play. I saw him a lot on Sports Channel when he was a Whaler.

F*ck that f*cking p*ssy Ulf Samuelsson. The guy was a piece of sh*t. He played to injure people, wore a giant visor with body armor, and turtled when challenged by people who actually knew how to fight. I have never hated any hockey player more than I hate Ulf Samuelsson.
