Fastest Guns in the NHL
The fists were flying faster than bullets. This guy could get off a dozen punches before the other guy knew he was in a fight.

Who was this armed man?

I can think of more than a few guys who could fit this bill but to get things started, I'll name a few that come right to mind:

John Kordic, Jack McIlargey, Mel Bridgman, Terry O'Reilly, Dave Hoyda,
Bob Nystrom and Joe Patterson.

Am I missing anyone?

Hound Kelly was super quick off the draw
so was Nystrom
Kimble blazed
Tiger Williams in his early yrs (he matched Jack Mac..not easy to do)
But I might have to say Berube and Kordic as the two fastest handed guys.

Besides Mirasty, a great choice, but how about Val James. That guy was fast and he hooked up with Kordic in an AHL battle that was like to machine guns going off!
