I agree. Last year we tried the two 12 teams leagues and the talent in the squads was watered down big time.

Definitely in agreement that 3 leagues would be best.

I've got one league already setup, just waiting to see how many more we get, then I'll establish the other two.

Draft times and days... usually look at like 9PM ET or somewhere near that to accommodate all involved the best we can. Sound good?

There is plenty of time left and we already have 27 teams so I have an idea. Each league does not have to have the same amount of teams so lets set up a 12 team league for pros like myself and then a couple of 8 team leagues for those that want all pro rosters for everyone.

Josh - I like Pesa's idea. If you need someone for a 10-teamer I could play in both. Ideally, I'd like a 12+ league.
