Correct.
You base your entire lineup around who's going to have the most PIMs. With that being the case, it's always easy to see who doesn't show up for the draft when they have an all star squad and a not a team of Daniel Carcillo, Steve Ott, Zenon Konopka etc...

Gonna do what I can to keep a class A bracket and class B bracket, but a lot of this is pending who shows up.
The lockout has KILLED a lot of this, and the short window to draft isn't going to help us.

I'll be returning.
I do have some input. I suggest we keep leagues limited to 10 participants. Any more and the waiver wire gets raped and it really takes away a lot of the fun. Even at 10, you have to keep on your toes if someone gets called up. Waiver claims 2 years ago in C made the difference for many teams. Some weeks were decided by 1 PIM.

The team limits really gets based off of the number of people we'll have. Ideally, 24 is the golden numbers (3 leagues of 8).
However, if we land at say 22, then we'll have a 12 person league and 10 person. Waivers... I can decrease waiver periods, but people being on their toes and snatching non-waiver free agents is something completely different. If it's a player Yahoo just adds and its under waiver rules, we can reduce that from 2 days (I believe is the current setting) to a single day or none.

I'm fine with that. I just wanted to see who would be on board with that. If we have a league at 12, I can deal.
As for the waivers, I actually like the fact that its first man up. I tried getting Gillies a few years ago and he wasn't up by Yahoo yet. Got back from work and sure as shittin, that waiver wiring motherfuker bigjohnson got him. I have the great equalizer this year though... O6 upgraded to an iPhone
