"You would wish to break your stick on PK's head" - Roman Hamrlik

On another thread related to PK Subban, someone said that fns from every team would like to have Subban on their team.

Patrice Brisebois is now retired from hockey, but he is now working as a hockey analyst on TVA Sports. Yesterday, during the show "Le Match", he said that last year, he went to eat in a restaurant with Roman Hamrlik.

What Roman Hamrlik told Patrice Brisebois this night was a bit shocking. We all know that Hamrlik was a good team player, and good veteran, an experienced player and knew what to do with the rookies and the young players.

Brisebois on TV said "As we were eating in this restaurant, Roman litterally told me "You would wish to break your stick on PK's head"".

Plus, it looks like the staff in Montreal is more and more annoyed by PK's actions.

Last year, Hal Gill had some altercation with Subban in the locker room, and they said afterwards that it was a joke.

This year, Subban had words with Randy Ladouceur, the guy that coaches D-men. Once during the last game against the Penguins, and yesterday morning on the ice at the practice, when Ladouceur screamed to him to "Wake the f*ck up". during the last game against the Penguins, Subban tried to argue that it was forwards' fault if the Pens scored, and Ladouceur did some "yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, yeah..." gestures, meaning he doesn't care about what Subban was saying. Cunneyworth had to come and tell Subban to stay calm because he was bothering the whole bench.

Last week, Jacques Martin was invited on RDS to talk about his accomplishments with the Canadiens and was asked questions about his players. The first question was obviously about Subban and Martin simply said "You never know if he is playing for the team, or if he is playing for PK Subban".

Do you still want PK Subban on your team??

Subban is a terrible teammate and a terrible human being. I'm sick of him being defended because of his skin colour. We love Simmonds on here, this isn't about colour at all, this is about responsibility.

The quote should be, "... wish you could break Subbans head on your stick."

Please, please someone, anyone tell me Subban doesn't have a 1 way contract.

I'd take his skillset on my team any day, but the baggage that comes with it isn't worth it. He's a punk, he's a little shiit.

Right now I'd take DelZotto over Subban.

The best team for Subban would have been the Scott Stevens Devils. Stevens and Ken Danyko would have thought nothing of stomping him. Hal Gill is a nice guy, too nice.

Doesn't sound very coachable. Doesn't sound like a very good teammate.

He'll be a guy who plays for 15 different teams during his career because he has skill, but is too much of a douche bag to be tolerated in a locker room for too long.

Yea, there’s always guys like Subban that come up every few years. I kind of like guys like him just for the fact I love rooting against them and get a kick out of every time they get stapled to the boards. An I want to be watching the game where someone just goes nuts and beats the holey hell out of the guy.

Guaranteed he will never be on the level of a Sean Avery. No one will reach that low.

With this being said, yes, he needs to grow up, and grow up soon.

And yes, I'd still take him on my team any day of the week.

--Hamrlik btw is the last guy I'd care to hear from, do you really think he is that respected?

Flame away..

His negatives outweigh any positives he may bring to a team. He has'nt shown a willingness to be taught how to use his talents better. Strikes me as a guy with lots of potential but no heart/head to go with it. Makes for a short career.

Malcolm has put up some unreal numbers this year and will likely be the first goalie taken this year in the draft.

And last year I heard some people saying last Jordan was a much better player than PK was at the minor midget age.
