Also wheres matt cooke ???? he has carried the title of most hated for awhile, untill sean avery took his crown.

Actively hated. Cooke has calmed down a lot over the last 2 seasons and Avery is gone.

I don't get Tootoo either. Who hates Tootoo?

Solid list. I would swap Johan Franzen for Tootoo and it'd be perfect. (Maybe not necessarily the order, but the names definitely).

Matt Cooke has done enough to earn him a permanent #1 spot on that list. Sean Avery deserves a permanent spot on the list too.
