Moore blames Burke for Bertuzzi punch

http://www.thestar.com/article/700768

Court documents allege Burke and Crawford ordered career-ending assault on Avs player

Quote:
"Crawford took his instructions from Brian Burke, his tough talking boss who also advocates in favour of violence in hockey," the motion records say. "He advocates fighting, expressing his dislike over the fact that it bothered him that with the Leafs, it was always the Leafs' trainers on the ice, implying that he wanted to see the other teams' trainers on the ice, whilst promoting a more `hostile' team."

I'm going to say that's wishful thinking...

Steve Moore needs to go away. Bowling for Columbine was decent but that's about it.

At any point in time does Moore say to himself, "I've got to stop making it so obvious to the hockey world how big a pu55y I am..."

I'm not commenting on what transpired that night, or his injuries sustained with the event. But, here we are years later and he's still bitc4ing and whining about it.

"Brian Burke's a big meanie b/c he like's fighting, and he doesn't like it when the Leafs let the other teams big bad men beat people up on the Leafs. And he told everyone I have a vagina..."

Blah, blah, blah....Shut the frick up you stupid pu55y. You are a friggin disgrace to hockey.

Sometimes what seems like a tragedy can actually be an opportuntity to move forward and grow.
Perhaps if Moore would stop whining for just a moment, he could see this as a stepping stone for his true calling in life.
Instead of a miserable career playing hockey with grown men, he should seize the moment and contact Hockey Canada for a tryout with the Cdn Women's team.
Qualifying would not be a problem, b/c the entire world knows he's the very proud owner of a big gaping pu55y.

With all of the people Moore has blamed for what happened to him maybe he should try blaming all of his teammates who jumped on top of him. Or better yet maybe he should put some of the blame on himself for being a bitch and refusing to fight Bertuzzi.

I wish we could somehow replace Steve Moore with Don Sanderson, and vice versa.

This is incredibly f*cking annoying. No one wants to hear about this case anymore. What Bertuzzi did was wrong and unacceptable and it's very unfortunate that Moore was severely injured as a result, but the ongoing litigation and continued media attention is just stupid. What happened happened, why can't anyone just move on?

Danton's being released from prison, maybe he can organise someone to take care of Moore for us. He seems to have the contacts for it.

But he'd need to find someone that doesn't have a "no women, no children" policy..

Moore should blame his parents for giving him such a skinny neck that couldnt take a little hit from behind.

So check this out, I'm stunned.

Burke offered contract to Steve Moore: documents

Quote:
Brian Burke offered injured player Steve Moore an opportunity to resume his hockey career while both sides were still embroiled in a lawsuit in Colorado, according to documents obtained by CBC News.

Moore has not played since getting hit from behind by Vancouver Canucks forward Todd Bertuzzi while a member of the Colorado Avalanche in a March 8, 2004 game.

Burke was Vancouver's general manager at the time of the incident, but the Aug. 12, 2005, offer letter was made while he was serving as GM for Anaheim. It was a two-way contract offer that would have paid Moore $475,000 US in the NHL and $75,000 if the player suited up for Portland, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Ducks.

"In my opinion, Steve had progressed to the level of a competent minor league forward who would fill on occasion in the event of injury," Burke said in the letter, directed to Larry Kelly, Moore's agent.

"I would like to give Steve a chance to continue that development into a full-time National Hockey League player."

The offer letter has come to light amid proceedings this week before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
