Im not really sure why Proteau made this list in the first place when there are several players he states a case for and then posts the likely hood of it actually happening by grading it a 1 or a 2 out of 5.

what would be the players % of money they get for a buy out? isn't it 1/3 or 2/3 their contract value? i.e. if it was 10 mil it'd be 3.3 or 6.6?
