Loved listening to Janssen... I only have one problem... "I love to hit guys and hurt them"... Cam, what the hell are you thinking? You can't admit that... mark my words, the first hit Janssen throws and he hurts someone... he is getting suspended regardless of whether the hit is clean or not. You cannot say things like this nowadays.

"If someone is sucking dick, he's getting his ass kicked." lol

I give it 3 days before he apologizes to all the ******s out there

It's so dumb how straight people are pretending to be outraged over this. Could people not tell that was a joke? I was reading some responses on Twitter and they're crucifying him. Ironically, the most sane and professional response to this came from Patrick Burke, Brian Burke's son, who is the head of the "You can Play" project.

As for the part of him saying he wants to hit to hurt, I don't have a problem with that so long as it's a legal hit. If you injure someone with a clean hit, well, that's just a bad break for the victim.

The part about him wanting to put the fear of God into people while out there on the ice was hilarious.

Cam, what cup experience...? You were in the press box. Cam's awesome but not sure his head's on right. Cam likes to hurt people? That's fine, he's been hurt a few times too, that's how it works. The homophobic comment is gonna get him in trouble though, and rightfully so, not that his apology will be genuine or that anyone should really care what other people think. Didn't Cam play with John Madden...? Just throwing it out there.

Cam sounds like a complete moron here. You know how 90% of enforcers you get to know them and you're like, wow, this guy isn't just a big dummy after all! Well Cam Janssen is the other 10%. He sounds like a complete meathead... yeah, right Cam, the NHL is terrified of your 1 hit you throw every game.

On second view that wasn't really that funny. People need tougher skin but Cam lacks a filter, the kind you need in real life not to get shot in the face. He's a tough spark plug but this might cause problems for him. I don't see what's wrong with the hitting thing, has anyone who's bitching about that ever been hit in hockey? They all hurt. My only problem with this interview is Cam's homophobic comment, which I'll probably get crucified here for this but I don't care.

He sounds like a frat boy but the guy is almost 30 years old for **** sakes...it's kind of embarrassing to hear him talk

And it's hilarious how he thinks so highly of himself as an NHL player... don't get me wrong, I love a good fight. Cam's fighting style isn't my favourite but I respect that he goes with just about anyone. HOWEVER, I guarantee that nobody besides Tomas Kaberle actually fears when Cam Janssen steps on to the ice. He's a plug and I'm sure gets laughed at 82 games a year...well, however many games he gets dressed for.

Also the part about how he felt that New Jersey had a tougher path to the finals than L.A....

He's a pretty cool guy though.
