Bob Probert Found Not Guilty
Bob Probert was found not guilty on all charges today following a two-day trial.
Probert was facing felony charges of battery on a police officer, resisting an officer with violence and threatening an officer, along with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct after getting into an altercation with Delray Beach police last June. The felony charges had the possibility of sending Probert to jail for a combined 15 years. The jury took just 45 minutes to find Probert not guilty. |

Probert blames the police for starting this fight, and obviously he was right.
"They put the cuffs on so tight there were scabs on my wrists," he said. "I didn't have feeling in my left hand for about six weeks." - Probert Good job Probie. He didn't let us down, coulda happened to anybody, when sh!thead cops cross the line as they do many , many times. And then you get the pro cop people crying about how most are good. Not where I come from they aren't. Sue em Probie. Sue every one of them, since the law doesn't allow you to whip their asses, and have the matter settled that way. |
