If push came to shove, there is no doubt that Chris Simon would floor George Parros.

Simon wouldn't dream of putting his team at a disadvantage by putting a goal scorer like himself in the box for 5 minutes in exchange for a tough like Parros. He might floor him with a cross-check to the jugular though.

Haha, that would be a scene. But I think it is obvious why the Wild acquired him, and I believe they will assign him a role, and if he refuses to play that role, he will sit. No big loss, just a 6th rounder.

boogaard and fedoruk are good guys, simon is a punk, i think they would end up fighting each other in practice, maybe in a game if simon did something either one of them didnt like

as for boogaard, there have been rumors of him retiring due to the back, i hope not

the notebook wont get scratched, hes gotten alot better and to take him out now would be a waste of talent

imo, chris "the bitch" simon is just there for extreme situations, such as when we play the ducks or canucks or other hard teams

AND AS FOR VOROS

the ****ing guy lives in slow motion, scratch him if your gonna take anyone out

Simon did NOTHING tonight. I only really noticed him on the ice once or twice. Fedoruk, on the other hand, was very noticeable....

Simon is walking on eggshells right now. I dont expect anything to happen with him in the fighting department.

He has a perfect chance to show his new team they made a good choice and he blew it. What eggshells? Just don't crosscheck anyone in the face and he'll be fine as far as the ice cops. It's no excuse for not playing a physical game. It's all he has to offer, and he can't even deliver that.

These three names sound scary alright but with Boogaard (crippled back), Fridge (crippled face) and Simon (crippled brain) I'd say Ducks, Flames and Blues are still tougher in the West

the blues and the flames!!! what the hell are you talkin about. i would take boogey, voros, fedoruk, and simon (if he decides to fight) over king and jackman anyday of the week. the flames have godard and godard only. iginla doesn't fight enough to count in this conversation.

The Blues have King, Walker, Janssen, Mayers, and Jackman, they are a really tough team.

The Flames have Godard, Phaneuf, Nolan, Regehr(when needed), Iginla ...they are also very tough.
