Cam Barker officially accepts a try-out offer with the Canucks. I know some thought Jim Vandermeer was with the Canucks too, but he didn't receive a try-out offer.

Barker seems like a good guy to invite. Still pretty young and maybe just maybe he'll live up to the potential he had one day

I'm going to say no..Maybe if the season would have started on time.I could see him invited to camp.I just don't see many teams dressing guys to go with Mac.It's too short of a season,and I see end of season rosters right off the bat here..And on the Pens that line up doesn't include Mac unfortunately.

I would love to see Tye McGinn make the team. He is fun to watch like his brother.

For the Sharks they listed MAshinter and Mclaren might be competing for a spot. I would take either. Also Bracken Kearns is having a good year in Worcester.

All three of them played for Worcester tonight...although Matt Tennyson,James Sheppard and Matt Irwin were all healthy scratches

I think Bordeleau will stay up. This is an ultra-short training camp, so most teams will look at their everyday lineups and the young guys. They already know what Bordeleau brings to the table.

Oilers have Teemu Hartikainen (who should stick), Chris Vande Velde, and Magnus Pajaarvi (who will likely make the team due to Ryan Jones injury) invited at forward...

On defense, with Sutton out for the year it looks like Peckham will slide into the 7th spot, and Colten Teubert is the 8th guy invited to camp as of now.

bergevin said only players that could make the team are invited... so even first rounder louis leblanc and guys that played last year like st-denis or blunden arent invited

i guess we can expect some of them to play... fingers crossed for tinordi

yeah sheppard is going to make the team. Matt Irwin is a really good D man so it looks like he hold the 8th spot with the sharks so with a short season he will easily be the 7th d man with injuries.

dont know much about tennyson.

sharks posted about mclaren and mashinter competing for a spot for 14th froward maybe.

I really hope sharks dont bring back McCarthy. I would rather see Kennedy.
