Atlanta Thrashers have recalled
Brad Larsen from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League following a conditioning assignment, according to Executive Vice President and General Manager Don Waddell. The team’s active roster now stands at 20, with an additional two players on Injured Reserve.
Larsen, who missed 11 games due to an injured groin, was activated from injured reserve on Jan. 13 and assigned to Chicago, appearing in one game with the Wolves.
The 6-0, 210-pound left wing has notched five points (two goals, three assists) and six penalty minutes in 26 games with the Thrashers this season. The native of Nakusp, British Columbia, has earned 21 points (six goals, 15 assists) and 68 penalty minutes in 124 NHL games with Colorado and Atlanta.
