Dawes was signed by the Thrashers as a free agent on Sept. 8, 2010.

Modin, 36, has competed in 34 games for the Thrashers this season and has totaled 10 points (seven goals, three assists). The 6-4, 220 pound left wing has also tallied three multiple-point games, his latest coming with a two-goal effort against Toronto on Dec. 20. The Sundsvall, Sweden, native has posted 462 points (232 goals, 230 assists) in 892 career NHL games with Toronto, Tampa Bay, Columbus, Los Angeles and Atlanta. Modin was signed by the Thrashers as a free agent on Sept. 6, 2010.

Burmistrov, 19, has recorded 17 points (five goals, 12 assists) 57 games into his rookie season and ranks fourth on the team and first among NHL rookies with 44 takeaways. The 6-1, 180-pound center posted five points (two goals, three assists) in a seven game stretch from Nov. 28 to Dec. 11 and registered his first career multiple-point game (two assists) against Pittsburgh on Nov. 13. The Kazan, Russia, native was selected by the Thrashers with the eighth overall selection in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
