Damn, I love this signing. The fans fell in love with Prust in a hurry. He's gonna be an effective 3rd liner for sure and can maybe blossom even more offensively.

Glad to see him re-sign. The only player in the Cal-Nyr trade that is worthy of a NHL contract.

He will form the best tandem in the league when playing, but also, it has to be the most expensive one.

Good for Prusty. Heart and soul guy and leaves it all on the ice every shift. Can't wait to congratulate him when I see him this summer.

Ballsy little fukker. Outsized in nearly every fight he's in.

Proof that its not the size of the dog in the fight, rather the size of the fight in the dog.

Prust always comes over and says "HEY" every summer , he is one great young man , under-utilized shut down man , his job during the London Knights run to the Memorial Cup Championship game was to shut down the other teams top player , just ask Sidney Crosby if he did his job , Sid the Kid was so frustrated he was slapping his stick on the boards every shift , very good on the PK unit as well .

Good signing by Rangers thou, the Atlantic Divison is going to piss Bettman off!
i agreed but from an entertainment standpoint i feel like i rather watch gillies and Z every night. ether way going to be a lot of fun watching games this year, maybe we'll start getting the line brawls back!

Prust was great for the Rangers last season once they acquired him, so I wouldn't have been surprised if Sather had decided to let him walk. But he shockingly made the logical decision and re-signed the guy. Real good move for the Rags.

Good signing. Now lets see what happens to him with a full year under Tortorella. Lets hope he doesn't change his game like he does with every other willing combatant he has ever coached.

The Rangers have the heavyweight champ of the NHL, but the best 1-2? I don't think so. Prust is an average middle.
