Normally I'd want to see him get suspended but because it happened on Ryan Kesler I don't think it warranted a suspension.

Pretty much my thoughts as well.

Matt Cooke, Alexandre Burrows or Jarkko Ruutu - not suspension worthy guys to perform an assault against.

pronger IMO is one of if not the dirtiest players in the game. and he never seems to drop them with heavyweights. he only drops the gloves in the last couple of years with guys like krys barch, Michal Handzus, and Dan Cleary. this looks very similar to the simon stomp and im literally sickened and disgusted that he is not even going to be suspended at all. how the fuk can simon be suspended for 30 games and pronger do the same thing and get 0 games. its just sickening IMO. colin campbell is a joke.

Im with Orr=God on this one, its a joke that Simon got 30 games for his on Ruutu and Pronger gets nothing.

Chris Simon steps on Jarkko Ruutu's calve and gets the longest suspension in NHL history, 30 games to be exact. Ruutu has the reputation as one of the most cheap, dirty players in the league today.

Chris Pronger steps on Ryan Kesler and gets nothing except a high five from his teammates back on the bench. Although I'm aware some don't like Kesler, he is nowhere near as dirty as Ruutu is and therefore clearly not as deserving.

For there to be such a contrast here in terms of disciplinary actions for the same exact infraction speaks volumes about the corruption and hypocrisy of Gary Bettman.

For there to be this much of a difference in # of games suspended, 30 to 0, is an embarassment to the league in my opinion. For Simon to get 30 and Pronger nothing it's more than a bit ridiculous. It's an absolute joke.

i'm just watcing TSN at the moment and none of these tards seem to want to admit that, helllooooo.. pronger stomps on kesler's leg. they say you can't really tell if it's intentional or not, from that video? then how is it that i can see it clear as fukin' day! double standard bullsh!t! that pronger is a piece of sh!t dirty cheap prick, that i'd take on my team any day. pronger rules!
