Penguins Reassign Nasreddine for Conditioning

The Pittsburgh Penguins have sent defenseman Alain Nasreddine to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League (AHL) for a conditioning assignment, it was announced Thursday by Executive Vice President and General Manager Ray Shero.

Nasreddine played 44 games with the Penguins during the 2006-07 season scoring five points (one goal, four assists) while ranking second on the team with a plus-12 rating. He has not appeared in any of the first three games for the Penguins this season.
