Penguins' Matt Niskanen Out 2-4 Weeks

The Pittsburgh Penguins announced Tuesday that defenseman Matt Niskanen will miss 2-4 weeks with a lower-body injury.

Niskanen was injured during the first period of Sunday's game at the Ottawa Senators.

In five games, Niskanen has a goal and two assists.

Don't have a source,but on the radio they were saying it was his ankle..Either way he's out.Now Bylsma is forced to play Despres or Bortuzzo..I'd like to see Bortuzzo get a crack at it and see what he can do.

The Trib reports that it is an ankle injury. And Despres is getting the nod over Bortuzzo tonight, but he may still get his chance if Despres struggles like he did the first 3 games.
