Penguins Assign Jeff Zatkoff to WB/Scranton (AHL)

The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned goaltender Jeff Zatkoff to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.

Zatkoff, 25, served as the Penguins’ backup netminder during Thursday night’s 4-0 defeat of the Winnipeg Jets. Zatkoff has posted a 21-19 record in 43 AHL games with WBS, including a league-low 2.00 goals-against average.
