Well you are product of your own environment right? He worked in Chicago, who had a far superior team than Toronto or Eurodelphia obviously. No pressure in Florida, maybe it works.

I was thinking the same thing.

I'm guessing just a cap thing. I don't recall hearing any bad locker room things about him.
