Clowe scores more and plays a less physical game anyway so the two shouldn't be talked about like they are the same. Belak's post was good but leave it to you to try and ride his coattails and dumb up his point.
Good effort Homo Larry, but what he said is Sharks do not target these players anymore and if they weren't, they wouldn't keep a guy like Ryane Clowe - they would trade him for a guy that makes more points and is less tough.

There are so few players like them in the league. If you have one, it's because you targetted it.

I liked how you tried to twist that to save yourself from being wrong. Unfortunately it didn't work and you still are.

Like the man said, they once did target such players. They no longer do. That doesn't mean they'll just toss Clowe aside. They may feel they have enough with him and are now looking for a different type of player. Is it that difficult for you to comprehend? Or are you just stubborn to the point where you can never admit you didn't get what the guy was getting at? Which is probably true as you do like to say "english isn't my first language".

I love how a thread about Chris Neil re-signing in OTTAWA somehow turns into a thread**** about Ryan Clowe and the San Jose Sharks. Only on hockeyfights...

Nice job, idiots.

You were not right by saying that the Sharks never targetted these players. You have Ryane Clowe.
My first post was not towards you. And jsut ryane clowe is tough. awesome. I dont want one guy. He is awesome and pretty nasty. I want a guy to get under skin and be hard to play against night in and night out. More the better. My prob was not what sharks already had is that they would not even look at signing a guy like neil anymore.

thanks man and yeah serious. you cant have enough of these players. one player is not the answer to this problem i stated. I do not want a goon, i want guys who give their heart out to hit and be annoying. Jamie McGinn was doing that well and the Sharks got rid of him for a horrible trade late last year. it still stings.

Yes, targeting a guy and keeping a guy are the same thing. Your logic screams of mental problems fat cunt mongoloid. Doesn't surprise me to see you using someone elses stupid material either after seeing you flood a thread about your team signing Prust with tears.

Good.

Can't picture Neil wearing any other sweater but a Sens.

Last time he was the lone sheriff on this team (I think it was like, 2008-09?) all his other stats went way down. Which is expected, I guess, but super disappointing. Guy gets a lot of love for being for a fighter, but he's a pretty decent third line scorer who shouldn't have to carry all of the load. I'm still hoping that the Sens get some journeyman piece of **** to throw some punches on the fourth line, someone a little better than Francis Lessard, maybe a Godard or someone like that.

With Koci playing in Prague and Bordeleau being kept down in Lake Erie, thats the same problem for Cody McLeod in Denver. I hate that. West got tougher and thats why I hope it will change in 12-13

My favourite Chris Neil´s moment although he got his ass kicked silly. One tough customer

Brashear rejects McGrattan - Goes with Neil ...

Don't particularly like the guy, but I guess that means he's doing his job. He hits, fights, annoys, irritates, is gritty, and can play the game. There aren't too many guys who play his type of game anymore, but he's done it very well for some time now. As jkidd said, it'd be tough seeing him in anything but a Sens jersey. Good for them for keeping him with the team. The league needs more players like him.
