Oilers Activate Sanderson and Tarnstrom
The Edmonton Oilers have activated forward Geoff Sanderson and defenceman Dick Tarnstrom from the NHL Injured Reserve List.

Sanderson has missed the Oilers last seven games (December 2nd to 13th) after suffering a back injury versus Anaheim on November 30th, while Tarnstrom has been out of the lineup for 10 games (November 26th to December 13th) with a concussion he received versus Chicago on November 24th.

With the return of Sanderson and Tarnstrom to the active roster, the Oilers have two players on the NHL Injured Reserve List – Matt Greene and Ethan Moreau.
