all this whining and crying about lack of suspensions is making me ill, it's hilarious that the homers are talking retaliation. We're all still waiting for to see the payback for Engelland's destruction of Savard. I do wish Horton a speedy recovery.

The Bruins have been playing with a different attitude in the post-Savard era. Anybody who doesn't live under a rock can see that. If you think Sestito's antics will go unpunished by Thorts and company, well, you're mistaken. (That is, if Sestito is even in the league next time the teams play).

Also, please stop throwing the word "homer" around all the time. It might actually have some relevance if it wasn't used by a person that epitomizes the meaning of that word. Thank you.

Hunwicks hit was the destruction point. You're a broken record, you're always bringing up Engellands hit, how about the revenge for Krejci's hit on Sid The Kid?

The different attitude=let's forget about Engelland, he's way to tough.

So your saying if a Hab Euro smashed a forearm into Savard's head the same exact way that Engelland did that the response would have been the same?

I'll give the B's credit they have not played like pus*ies since the Savard hit.

But before that, man it was painful.

You're right, Deryk Engelland would be the toughest guy a Bruin has fought in years.

Still bitter about the beating the Bruins handed out to the Flyers?

Was I not telling the truth?

I gave the B's credit, seems like you're the bitter one.

Its expected from you. You troll every thread good or bad concerning the Bruins.

Savard has never been a well-liked member of any locker room, which is why the Bruins have never seemed eager to have his back.

That seems to be going around a lot, but I still don't know if I can truly believe that he wasn't liked in Boston.

I know Phil Kessel wasn't a favorite in the Bruins' locker room though.

In the Savard case even the Bruin fan base pretty much turned on him, He is not doing well as of now they even had him on NESN maybe 2 months ago and looked horrible. He is having memory loss and all that stuff that goes with it, He in my eyes will never play again. As far as in the locker room he was not liked what so ever.

Yeah since it wasn't going to get a rise out of some of the Bruins fans either, completely benign statement.

So if in the next Flyer related goaltending thread I say: "The Flyers haven't had a goalie that could stop a beach ball since Ron Hextall retired" I would be telling the truth wouldn't I? Yet, we all know I would be lumped on for trolling instantaneously.

Savard has nothing to do with this thread and that's a fact. Plus we know the double-standard if I said the above mentioned statement in a Flyers thread.

Seems like your the only sensitive one. Don't worry I'll keep that in mind and I'll do my best not to hurt your feelings in the future.

You'd be right, in fact I could even argue that he wasnt even that great on his second spell with the flyers
