List of Fighters Drafted 2009
Now I won't say I'm a guru of Canada's Jr leagues but here's the list I put together based on the lists of fighters posted in the Draft thread.
I didn't include some of the players that fight every now and then like Schenn, Cowen, etc. If I missed anyone, which I surely did, let me know. Zack Kassian - 13th Buffalo Sabres - OHL Kyle Clifford - 35th Los Angeles Kings - OHL Matt Clark - 37th Anaheim Ducks - OHL Brett Ponich - 48th St. Louis Blues - WHL Brayden McNabb - 66th Buffalo Sabres - WHL Jamie Devane - 68th Toronto Maple Leafs - OHL Michael Latta - 72nd Nashville Predators - OHL Cameron Abney - 82nd Edmonton Oilers - WHL Lane MacDermid - 112th Boston Bruins - OHL Cody Sol - 125th Atlanta Thrashers - OHL Ashton Bernard - 174th New Jersey Devils - QMJHL Garrett Mitchell - 175th Washington Capitals - WHL Tyler Randell - 176th Boston Bruins - OHL Mitchell Callahan - 180th Detroit Red Wings - WHL Jordan Nolan - 186th Los Angeles Kings - OHL Michael Sdao - 191st Ottawa Senators - USHL Kyle Neuber - 197th Columbus Blue Jackets - OHL

I put this list together based on their numbers, regardless of whether they fight on a regular basis or not. It's based on a minimum of 5 fights in a given season, not including the ones you already listed.
Brayden Schenn: 5th to Los Angeles Kings Carter Ashton: 29th to Tampa Bay Lightning Landon Ferraro: 32nd to Detroit Red Wings Brett Ponich: 48th to St. Louis Blues Taylor Doherty: 57th to San Jose Sharks Jordan Szwarz: 97th to Phoenix Coyotes Tyler Shattock: 108th to St. Louis Blues Ben Chiarot: 120th to Atlanta Thrashers Matt Kennedy: 131st to Carolina Hurricanes Jeff Costello: 146th to Ottawa Senators Michael Pelech: 156th to Los Angeles Kings Evan Bloodoff: 157th to Phoenix Coyotes Corey Cowick: 160th to Ottawa Senators Ashton Bernard: 174th to New Jersey Devils Barron Smith: 188th to Toronto Maple Leafs Michael Sdao: 191st to Ottawa Senators Maxime Legault: 194th to Buffalo Sabres

Landon Ferraro - 32nd Detroit Red Wings - WHL
99PIM last season, with 9 fights over the last two seasons. Not exactly a heavyweight but probably enough to be called a fighter.
