I like salo he was the anchor on the blue line . Good hockey smarts and he is stronger than most think... i really do hope he fights brad marchand. he was pissed after that hip flip , i had never seen him that pissed before. he will be missed in vancouver.

I don't quite understand the Lightning signing aging ex Canucks who are injury prone, this just shows how thin the talent pool is in the league.

Snore.

And Ohlund has a really, really bad knee and may never play again and that's after they signed him to a 4 year deal I think and he's got 2 years left. Why they would do it again for Salo, who gets hurt every single year(30 injuries in 12 years), I just don't know.

Better off overpaying for Suter and bringing in young guys to learn than overpaying Salo just to watch him get hurt and you still have to bring the young guys up from the minors anyway! What were you thinking Steve???
