Kings Recall Ryan Flinn

LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Kings have recalled left wing Ryan Flinn from the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League, Kings President, Hockey Operations/General Manager Dave Taylor announced today.

Flinn, 25, has one assist in six games with the Monarchs this season and is second on the team with 38 penalty minutes. The 6-5, 248-pound native of Halifax, Nova Scotia also has no points and no penalty minutes in one game with the Kings this season. Signed by the Kings as a free agent on January 2, 2002, Flinn has one goal and 79 penalty minutes in 30 career NHL games – all with the Kings. He will wear sweater No. 49.

well alright then! could it be Murray called him up due to Hordichuk's action's on Thursday?

We as fight fans logically associate the two, but in this new NHL you just never know. Let's hope that's the case, and that these types of incidents continue to happen to teams without a legitimate enforcer, e.g. Wings, Rangers, Bolts, Habs, etc., forcing them to dress one.

What does Murray do bring him up so he can load the equipment on the bus after the game and then send him back...

He had his glory in the NHL, so I'm sure that the Kings will send him back so he can get better and recover in the minors.
