LOS ANGELES – The
Los Angeles Kings have activated forward
Richard Clune off of the injured reserve list and have assigned him to the
Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.
Clune, 21, has not played in a game for the Kings this season. He suffered a groin injury during a preseason game on September 26 and was placed on the injured reserve list on September 30 (retroactive to September 26).
The 5-10, 198-pound Clune, who has yet to play in an NHL game, is a native of Toronto.
