Good news for the Islanders. They'll have a strong goalie in net for at least 70 games this season. With him they are a playoff team.

Actually, if DiPietro never was injuried in all of his career, I could have seen him as a legit #1 goalie.

Man, he could've been something decent. Not to rub any more salt in the wounds of Islanders' fans, but Hank went 204 picks later that year. Goalies really are something risky.
