This is like a homecoming for Booch , the Flyers drafted him back in 1995 in the first round 22nd overall .
At 36 years old he just may have a couple real good years left in him ..

Boosh is expected to be sent to Adirondack after camp. He's insurance. Leighton is still number 2.

Anyone know anything about Alt?

i think leighton is gonna get sent down not boucher. If we send boucher down we have to pay extra. We wont have to pay extra to send leighton down according to one of the articles

Boucher has been hurt since last season, is coming off a surgery that would have kept him out until around now regardless of the lockout and there was some talk of another minor injury since recovering from surgery. I hope the best for the guy, but I think this is just for the sake of his last sweater being the same as the first he wore in the league.

Again? Although I can't really say anything bad about the guy. Obviously just a depth move, though I too wonder who will be the #2 behind Bryzgalov. I think Leighton will get the spot to start, but you never know.

lol no they're not. They have more defensmen than needed down there as is. They have 3 as healthy scratches. Unless someone else went down injured or back to the E over the weekend.
