So who are the bigger names left now fellas? After it appears Sundin is leaning towards hanging them up now. Jagr, who else?

Damn, as far as forwards, which is basically the only thing the Rags need now, only old geezers are available. Naslund would be outstanding, HOPE HOPE! And I'll take Demitra or Satan but that's about it. OOOh, Huselius also.

I'm still checking local media here in Denver to find out anything on Joe Sakic's return. I'll update this when I get some info for you guys.

Minnesota is taking a look at, and offered Kristian Huselious a contract. Details below:

Quote:
11:15 a.m. update: I just talked to Kristian Huselius, who’s back home in Sweden. Amazingly, he’s got the same cell phone from when I covered him pre-lockout.

Huselius told me he hopes to make a decision later today on his destination. He’s gotten a lot of interest and confirmed he’s considering Minnesota, but said, “I’m considering every team I’ve heard from. Until I decide, I can’t really do much or say too much. Minnesota is in the mix, but like I said, so are others. I haven’t made a decision at all yet.”

I saw him on Sportsnet's list. Then I saw where he'd signed an extension on May 13.

This would be great pickup for u guys, This guy has great offensive skill and coming off breakout year, right? Lets face it, u guys had one guy carrying the offense all year in Gaborik. I know in the systen u play it often was enough, but more goals and u guys are talking Stanley Cup caliber.

LA Kings have yet to sign any free agents. It appears they are willing to blow balls once again in 08-09!

seriously, i wouldn't mind going after Jason Smith! leadership and toughness in a player are great assets the Kings need. maybe Satan as well!

You do not want Satan, what a letdown of a player he is...

I don't know, He's a goal scorer but he needs good line mates to do it.

After Buffalo he totally fell off, the past few seasons the Isles tried everything with him. Hes just a totally fairweathered guy, no consistency at all.

Weren't u guys bouncing him around on all the lines. U should've just kept him on the 1st line always and on the 1st PP unit. Like BUF did in his 40+ goal seasons.
